The SNFCA’s main purpose would be the development of the creative industry within Guyana and the wider Caribbean. It is with this foundation that we hope to nurture raw talent in dance, drama, music, visual arts, fashion, photography, and other creative energies, in hopes of developing the specific art forms.

The SNFCA would also foster new relationships and strengthen alliances with the English, French, Spanish and Dutch Caribbean territories through engaging the Creative Arts. Within the past decade, the creative industry has been called the driving force of international economies as television, music and events have contributed significantly to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of many a nation while fuelling an international multi-billion dollar industry. Creative talent in the Caribbean is now on the radar of international talent scouts, given the advent of Rihanna ( Barbadian Vocalist) and Anya Ayoung- Chee (Trinidadian Designer), among others . With that in mind, we find it necessary to empower young creative talent through positive development and progressive activities.
